PREVENTATIVE & CHECKUPS

  • Hygiene – Routine dental checkups are vital to good oral hygiene and are the best way to detect problems at their earliest stages which saves unnecessary discomfort, time, and money.
  • Cleaning Overview (Regualar & Deep Cleaning) – The best way to improve your oral health and ensure your teeth are healthy is to get your teeth professionally cleaned here at Crossroads Dental Group, at least, twice a year.
  • Dental Checkup – If you have not had a dental checkup for more than six months, do not put it off any longer, your health depends on it!
  • Fluoride Treatments –  Fluoride is a naturally occurring element that strengthens teeth and helps to prevent tooth decay.
  • Preventative Dental Sealants – Dental sealants serve as a barrier to help prevent cavities. We use a thin protective layer and applied to the chewing surfaces of the back teeth like premolars and molars, where decay happens most often.
  • Oral Hygiene Instruction – Daily plaque control is key to a healthy smile.
  • Periodontal Maintenance – Maintenance therapy is an ongoing program designed to prevent disease in the gum tissues and bone supporting your teeth.  To support a comprehensive approach to perio maintenance and gum disease treatment we us Perio Protect.
  • Irrigation – Antimicrobial rinse is much more powerful than over-the-counter mouthwashes, reducing certain bacteria that cause gum disease to an almost undetectable level.

COSMETIC DENTAL

  • Teeth Whitening – Tooth whitening enhances the brightness of natural teeth; but it’s not for everyone. Discuss it with your Dentist before you take action.
  • Veneers – A veneer improves the appearance of the visible front surface of a tooth by covering it with a wafer-thin, custom-made shell of tooth-colored porcelain.
  • Teeth Straightening – Invisalign aligners are the clear alternative to metal braces for adults, kids and teens. These clear aligners are the virtually invisible way to improve your smile.

RESTORATIVE DENTAL

  • Crowns – A dental crown restores a tooth’s shape, size, and strength. It fully encases the visible portion of your tooth or dental implant.
  • Fillings – A filling repairs and restores the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear.
  • Onlays & Inlays – Dental inlays and onlays are restorations used to repair portion of teeth with mild to moderate decay or cracked and fractured teeth that are not sufficiently damaged to need a crown.

GENERAL DENTAL

  • Root Canal & Endodontics – An endodontic treatment saves a severely injured, cracked, or decayed tooth when its pulp becomes inflamed or infected. If it is not treated promptly, pain or a tooth abscess results. Endodontic treatment is also known as a “root canal.”
  • Wisdom Teeth & Oral Surgery –Third molars, also called wisdom teeth, are the last set of permanent teeth to erupt in a person’s mouth and are the ones least needed. While the removal of wisdom teeth is the most well-known type of oral surgery, there are many reasons why oral surgery may be required.
  • Bridges – Used to replace missing teeth.  Attached to surrounding teeth using a dental crown on each side and a false tooth in between. They enhance appearance and chewing abilities and prevent other teeth from shifting and moving. Since they are attached permanently to the surrounding teeth, they are not removable like partial dentures.
  • Implants – An excellent solution for missing teeth and serve as a replacement for tooth roots.  Implants provide a strong foundation for permanent or removable replacement teeth and are made to match your natural teeth’s appearance.
  • Dentures – A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Two types of dentures are available — complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.
  • Emergency – Stay calm. Focus on stopping the bleeding and protecting the injured tooth or area by following the appropriate instructions in this section
